Cozumel, Belize and Nassau

I am trying to decide what excursions we will most enjoy while in Port.  We enjoy history and easy going adventures but nothing to strenuous.  Since we are not experienced travelers I would prefer to book through the cruise line.  Any suggestions from those of you who have really enjoyed their time in port?

Win in Belize just stay on the boat its very poor place,
we didnt care for Belize, But in Cozmumel if you like to drink or eat
Please go to Carlos and Charlies fun Place,(Alantis) in Nassau was

Belize excursions

We enjoyed the Alta Ha Mayan ruins and River Wallace tour. The port area is not much. Take an excursion or enjoy the sight of the shore from the ship.
