Miracle - Does the adult sun area still exist near the funnel?

We are booked on the Miracle for 1/26/08 and heard that our place of refuge has been removed. We ask recent cruisers, does the Miracle still have the Adult (or topless) deck? It is much quieter and relaxing there. Thanks.
